The Farmhouse (aka "Captain's Estate") is the third resort that is cleaned and renovated by Hank in Bear and Breakfast. It's a large house with two floors, and a field to the east for a campsite. It is located in Highlake, north of the Bus Station.
- When the location is available, talk to Fin to begin the renovation, these quests are also tied with quests from Sabine, who will help to fix the camping ground and Julia, who will teach Hank how to cook.
- North of the Farmhouse the players find a garden and Julia's house.
- North-East one can find the structure called Onyx Fawn.
- On the Jetty near the Farmhouse, one can find Old Chest with some food items.
