Whitestone Bay is an area in Bear and Breakfast.
Found East of Timber Crossing and North of Beachside. Access to the area is unlocked once the player start's Jax's quest Stepping Stone. Most notable is the derelict Lighthouse and the broken Bumper Car ride near the area transition to the Beachside. Barbara can be met here during one of her quest lines and she seems quite interested in this area as she also asks Hank to fix the lighthouse.
